The exact scope of services is defined per engagement and confirmed before work begins.
For agency partnerships:
All work is delivered under the agency’s brand
WPMODO does not communicate directly with end clients unless explicitly agreed
White-label engagements are NDA-protected by default
Client ownership remains with the agency
WPMODO operates on a long-term delivery and maintenance model.
We do not typically offer:
One-off WordPress fixes
Emergency-only support without ongoing responsibility
Hourly or task-based freelance work
All engagements are structured around predictable delivery, maintenance, and accountability.
Clients and agency partners agree to:
Provide accurate and complete project information
Grant necessary access to hosting, WordPress admin, and relevant tools
Maintain valid licenses for themes, plugins, and third-party services
Communicate changes, requirements, or concerns in a timely manner
Delays caused by missing access or information may affect timelines.
Pricing is agreed upon before the start of an engagement
Maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated
Custom and dedicated team engagements are quoted individually
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
All information shared with WPMODO during an engagement is treated as confidential.
We do not disclose:
Client data
Agency processes
Internal documentation
Project details
unless required by law or explicitly authorized.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Clients retain ownership of their website content and data
Agencies retain ownership of client relationships
WPMODO retains ownership of internal processes, tools, and methodologies
Custom code ownership is defined per engagement.
WPMODO is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
Third-party service outages or failures
Issues caused by unauthorized changes made outside our control
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.
While we strive for reliable and timely service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service delivery.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the agreed terms.
Upon termination:
Access may be revoked
Ongoing services will cease
Outstanding invoices remain payable
Maintenance responsibilities end once an engagement is closed.
WPMODO may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
